Positive: A bit outside of downtown but very quiet
Negative: It says for four people but I think it would be very tight given that the room is just divided by a curtain, I think two adults with maybe one kid is better.

Positive: L'emplacement est parfait : proche du métro, dans un quartier avec toutes les commodités. L'environnement est calme car les appartements donnent sur une cour intérieure. L'appartement est bien équipé et refait à neuf.
