Gute Lage, aber schlechte Beschreibung. Positive: Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten zur nächsten U-Bahn Station und auch Sol, Atocha, Museen und Plaza Mayor sind fußläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche gute und authentische Lokale. Traditionelle spanische Tapas, afrikanische, indische Küche, auch modern und hip. Die Umgebung wirkt authentisch und lebhaft, nicht so touristisch wie zB Malasaña. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, Betten sind bequem, es war sauber und ordentlich. Negative: Die Beschreibung und Fotos lassen nicht erkennen, dass das Apartment auf Erdgeschoss und Keller verteilt ist. Im Keller ist das Badezimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer. Es gibt dort kein natürliches Licht und die Stiege ist relativ steil - nicht barrierefrei! Auch im Erdgeschoss ist Licht und Lüftung nur über die Tür, diese hat aber praktische Fenster zum Lüften. Alles in allem perfekt für ein 2-3 Tage Madrid erkunden. Das mit dem Keller sorgt für einen kurzen Schreck, aber war dann nur ein kleines Problem.

Ubicación conveniente, aunque el vecindario Lavapies es peculiar, quizá inseguro Positive: Entramos 3:00 pm como acordado y se nos fue dada la clave de la caja de seguridad para sacar llaves, muy conveniente. El apartamento esta tal cual las fotos, tiene todo la cocina nueva, lavadora, utensilios. Hay un solo baño en la parte de abajo, pero nos acomodamos bien. Negative: El apartamento queda en el barrio de Lavapies, a pie de calle, tiene dos puertas lo que te hace sentír seguro. Yo no conocía la zona, pero es un vecindario donde hay muchas bandas, grupos de gente en la calle bebiendo algunos fumando mariguana, algunas calles muy obscuras, esta cercano a todo, pero no es el mejor barrio para caminar por la noche, aunque si hay muchos turistas.

Cozy and useful Positive: It was a nice place to stay! There were the right amount of amenities and the host was so kind to our requests and questions. It fit 5 of us for three nights and it worked well, it’s all we needed. Negative: I think a larger mirror outside where the stairs are would be great, a new iron- as it didn’t seem to work, and hand soap where the kitchen sink was would be great. Otherwise no big complaints :)

Positive: Muy limpio, con todo lo necesario y excelente ubicación. Negative: Eramos 5 personas y el agua caliente no alcanzaba para la última persona. Hace falta un termo más grande
