Sobre valorado Positive: Cerca al metro Negative: Se siente mucho ruido, se escucha todo lo de los otros apartamentos, hicieron mucho ruido y no nos dejaban dormir. La puntuación de Booking está absolutamente sobre valorada.

Positive: Удобное расположение. В 3 минутах ходьбы метро. А для тех, кто путешествует на машине, собственная парковка во дворе, что очень удобно. Понятное и быстрое заселение. Рядом супермаркет кафе для завтрака. Чистое и свежее белье, удобные кровати. В целом советую. При следующем посещении Мадрида, с удовольствием остановимся с семьей еще раз. Negative: Было мало посуды, кофе машины не было. Слабый напор воды в душе.

Recommended for a family stay for a couple of nights. Prices are very competitive, especially taking in account the apar Positive: Location is very convenient and in very nice environment around. Shops, cafes, restaurants etc. nearby, in a walking distance. Apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Clean and tidy! Thanks to the host. Negative: Abel, we truly appreciate your constant communication and dedication. The only thing I would mention, you could be a bit more flexible regarding Check in time. We were on a business trip with my colleague and traveled whole night to Madrid. Afternoon that day we should operate the aircraft, and I asked to just drop our suitcases in the apartment a bit earlier. Request was rejected and we spent quite a time awaiting for a Check in time.

Overall it was great Positive: The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The AC works really well which is super important when you stay in Madrid during summer. It is really clean and it has a parking spot which is great. Negative: The beds are pretty small.
