Ubicación excelente y lugar acogedor Positive: La ubicación me gustó mucho y el trato del personal de 10, seguro que si tengo que ir otra vez a fuenlabrada,lo volvería a escoger. 🤗

Distante do centro de Madri Positive: Funcional, com mobíllia e cozinha equipada. Estação de metrô em frente do apartamento. Negative: Fica muito distante do centro de Madri, uma media de 1h10min em transporte público e ainda precisa pagar um valor suplementar no metrô devido a localização. Ou seja, nao fica a 1,2km do centro como na descrição. Não há taxi na região, mas o uber funciona muito bem e também há estação de metrô em frente ao apartamento. O aquecedor do apartamento é portátil.

Low quality, too expensive. Building under works, apartment should NOT have been for rent. Positive: Under normal conditions, this seasonal rental would have been "low quality, too expensive". But with the nuisance due to the building facelift works, this studio apartment should definitely NOT have been for rent : cut wires piled up at the door, rubble... Please read full review below. Negative: One room studio apartment, ground floor, main door opens directly onto a sidewalk, no entry vestibule, no doormat. Cleanliness correct, except many shoe marks on the walls. Ikea furniture. Wifi: good but no documentation: the wifi spot name has to be guessed, the code found under the wifi box. Bed and mattress: okay; pillows and quilt: so bad. Reversible air conditioning: no documentation; works, with an intense rumble like an airplane on take-off. Rental manager: most likely a company. Difficult communication; they did not answer for 2 weeks a mail where I asked to check-in one hour before "normal time" (15:00). Request refused just before arriving. When calling them on the phone, I heard 2 people talking at the same time very loud; just Spanish language (for a place rented on the worldwide Booking.com, can do better: now every teenager speaks some English). No human welcome, just a passworded key-box; password accessible 10 minutes (!) before "normal time", only through Booking.com website: they refused to send me a sms. Place difficult to find even for the taxi with GPS that dropped us off 200 meter away. No map, no photo, no instruction for finding the building, just an address. For finding the door, a confusing instruction: "the door is at the right hand side of the building entrance", so I was trying to enter the building first, of course unsuccessfully since the apartment door opens directly onto the sidewalk, in addition to being hidden by the works scaffolding. Finally, the renting company sent an automatic mail prompting me to give them a 5 star rating, in exchange for the highest rating as a guest.
