Terrible Positive: The only positive aspect was the cleanliness we encountered. Negative: Terrible apartment. Honestly, I don’t understand how it has such a high rating. The space is extremely small, and the bathroom is tiny. There is so little hot water that it’s physically impossible to take a shower—the water pressure just doesn't reach the showerhead. The bathroom faucet is so low that you can barely wash your hands. There are hideous bars on the windows, making it feel like a prison, and the building itself is basically just a metal container. We have never stayed in such a dreadful place. The bed linens were yellowed and crumpled. When we messaged them and asked to have them changed, they insisted they were clean. The next day, a woman came and supposedly changed them, but when we checked, it was the exact same bedding. The walls are paper-thin; whenever someone in another apartment uses the toilet or bathroom, you can hear absolutely everything. There are no photos of the building itself on the listing, so when you book, you have no idea where you are actually going. I am attaching these photos so no one else gets misled.

Tranquilo, moderno y con aire acondicionado!! Positive: Que fuera tan moderno y que tuviera de todo. El aire acondicionado 10/10 en verano y no hace ruido. Te dejan toallas para los huéspedes y también hay gel de baño y champú. La cama y el sofá cama tienen casi el mismo tamaño a lo ancho. En general no hay ruido en absoluto. El baño y la cocina están completamente equipados. Es cierto que para 4 personas a lo mejor se queda un poco pequeño pero si es para ir al estadio a conciertos o partidos el metro está a 4 minutos. Tienes alrededor sitios de comida rápida y supermercado.

Exelente Positive: Estaba todo muy limpio y organizado,fácil comunicación con el metro y autobús ,el anfitrión estuvo atento a todo en cada momento y la comunicación fue fluida.
